Retaining Walls

Block walls that hold back soil and shape a sloped yard

Free EstimateTampa Area · 7 Days a Week

A retaining wall does a job: it holds back soil, stops a slope from washing out in a storm, and turns ground you can't use into a level lawn, planter or patio. What makes one last is mostly hidden — a compacted footing, a first course set dead level, drainage stone behind the wall and each course stepped back and locked to the one below. We build segmental block retaining walls, raised planters, garden borders and seat walls, finished with matching caps so they look as good as they work.

Our Process

1

Assess & Quote

We look at the slope, the soil and where water runs, then give you a free written estimate.

2

Footing

A trench is dug and the footing is compacted so the first course sits level.

3

Build & Drain

Courses go up stepped and locked, with drainage stone backfilled as the wall rises.

4

Cap & Grade

Caps are set, the soil behind is graded, and the site is cleaned up.
